Clyde Soccer started their first coaching course for boys & girls aged 5-8 in 1998

Clyde Soccer formed their first team, which was an under 10's team from 10 players from their community football coaching class in 2003.

The team was put together to represent Jimmy Johnstone in the first ever "Jimmy Johnstone Football Festival" held at Glasgow Green Football Centre on 25th May 2003.

The team enjoyed it so much, we decided to keep the team together and entered them into the Forth Valley Football Development Association

Clyde Soccer are the first foreign club to win the prestigious "Bron Invitational Tournament", Lyon, France. Previous winners are : Marsielle, P.S.G., Lyon, Grenoble, St Etienne.
