Players Insurance

 

           

All players of our boys & girls football teams are all have insurance cover when they play matches and train with "Clyde Soccer Glasgow "  & "Glasgow Girls F.C."

Dates of insurance cover : 31st July 2007 - 30th June 2008

SCHEDULE OF COMPENSATION

Hopefully we never have to make a claim!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. Accidental Death : £5,000.00
  2. Permanent Total loss of sight of one or both eyes : £10,000.00
  3. Loss of one or more limbs : £10,000.00
  4. Permanent Total Disablement : £10,000.00
  5. Hospital Confinement : £10.00 per night (up to £100.00)
  6. Fracture of a bone in  arm, at or above wrist, or in the leg, at or above the ankle : £150.00
  7. Fracture of a bone in the hand below the wrist, or in the leg, at or above the ankle : £50.00
  8. Emergancy Dental expenses up to : £100.00
  9. Fracture of a collar bone : £75.00
  10. Death from illness up to age 60 : £5,000.00

INDEMNITY

  1. Civil Liability : £5,000.00 any one event
  2. Breach of Professional Duty : £5,000.00 any one event
